6. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below.
6.1 Service providers.
We share information with vendors that help us operate the Site and our business, under contracts that limit their use of information to providing services to Sentinel. Our current service providers include:
-
Zoho Corporation (Zoho Forms, Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns, and, after launch, Zoho SalesIQ) for intake form processing, customer relationship management, newsletter delivery, and visitor analytics
-
Google LLC (Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console) for web analytics and search performance measurement
-
Our website hosting provider, domain registrar, and email service provider
-
LinkedIn Corporation, where we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag for limited audience analytics
These providers are independent controllers or processors of the information they handle, subject to their own privacy practices.
6.2 Professional advisors.
We may share information with our attorneys, accountants, insurers, and similar professional advisors as necessary to obtain professional advice or to protect our legal interests.
6.3 Legal requirements.
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or permitted by law, including in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process, or to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
6.4 Business transfers.
If Sentinel is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
6.5 With your direction or consent.
We may share information at your direction or with your consent, for example when you ask us to introduce you to a third party.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, and analyze use of the Site. The categories we use are:
-
Strictly necessary cookies that enable core functionality such as page navigation and form submission. These cannot be disabled in our systems.
-
Analytics cookies (for example, Google Analytics) that help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
-
Functional cookies that remember preferences (such as form values you have already entered).
-
Marketing-measurement cookies (for example, the LinkedIn Insight Tag), where used, that help us measure the effectiveness of our outreach.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some types of cookies may affect your experience on the Site.
We support the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where required by applicable law, we process GPC or other browser-based opt-out preference signals as requests to opt out of sale/share or targeted advertising. Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, this signal does not change how we handle your information; we honor it as a matter of policy.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business relationship with you, comply with applicable legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer have a business or legal reason to retain personal information, we will delete it or de-identify it.
Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Intake form submissions and related correspondence are typically retained for the duration of any prospective or active business relationship and for up to 3 years after last meaningful prospect interaction unless converted into client records or required longer by law, consistent with our legal and recordkeeping obligations.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
As noted in our Terms of Service, the intake form is an initial point of contact and is not a secure channel for confidential or sensitive information. Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, financial account, health, or otherwise sensitive information through the Site.
11. International Data Transfers
Sentinel is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where legally required, Sentinel will use appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses for international transfers of personal information if and when applicable.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete that information. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 14.
